Superstar couple Beyoncé and Jay Z has rented a $45 million mansion in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles. Now they have a new place to call home.
According to TMZ, the mansion was previously owned by former L.A. Dodgers owner Frank McCourt. McCourt sold the house to a British billionaire last year for $45 million, but the new owner was hardly in L.A. so he decided to put it on the market.
Beyoncé and Jay Z swooped in and signed a one-year lease at $150,000/month.
The superstar couple now own a new five-bedroom, six-bathroom estate with an Olympic-sized indoor pool, a steam and massage room, a gourmet commercial kitchen, library/screening room, dance studio, and an outdoor pool with a waterfall and formal gardens.
They will now be neighbors with Hugh Hefner, whose famed Playboy Mansion is just down the street.
The Carters moved to L.A. earlier this year and enrolled their three-year-old daughter Blue Ivy in a toddler program at an elite private school.
