UNILAG Cut Off Mark 2017: Good news, for those seeking Admission into the University of Lagos 2017/2018 Academic session This is to inform you that the school Management of the University of Lagos has officially announced the departmental cutoff mark for the various departments in the institution for 2017/2018 Academic session. All candidates seeking admission into the University of Lagos can now check their cut off mark below.
After the removal of the Post UTME by the federal government, the Joints Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) had awarded a score of 180 for all candidates applying for Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education. So far, University of Lagos has followed the example in the 180-general cut of the mark.
Due to the high number of students wishing to study in the University Lagos, the admission processes is competitive and admissions is given based on the higher the jamb scores, the higher the chances of being admitted.
Candidates who have scored a minimum of 180 in UME examination is eligible to apply for admission into any of their choice courses.

Medicine / Nursing: 220 – 240 (O’ Level result with one sitting only)
Computer science: 190
Engineering courses: 190

UNILAG Nature of Admission Screening 2017
The University of Nigeria, Nsukka holds her admission screening exercises within a week or couple of weeks and it usually comes in two phases. Students who applied to study in the school are to proceed for the pre-screening exercise when announced.
Documents required for the pre-screening exercise are SSCE result and JAMB registration print out only.
The second phase of the screening is after the admission lists might have been released. Candidates who have merited the admission will be invited for another screening exercise.
1. Original copies of their educational qualifications (Statements of Results/Certificates).
N/B: Awaiting results NOT accepted.
2. Birth Certification/Age Declaration.
3. A letter of good conduct from your Village Head or a responsible member of your
4. community/or civil servant not below Grade Level 10 or equivalent in the private sector.
